Job Description MediaTek‘s CPV team is responsible to ensure the design quality of the integrated circuit layout for our chips. Students will be involved in software research and development focused on Machine Learning (ML) in the Physical Verification domain. The development will help to predict/analyze of trends and anomaly detection in physical verification area [What’s in it for you?] Design, develop and improve machine learning system Work closely with Data engineer on Data and ML pipelines Study, transform, convert and select data sets Visualize data for deeper insights Research and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools Run machine learning tests and experiments Train/retrain ML models/system when necessary Main Requirements and Qualifications [What you will bring] Currently enrolled in your BSc/MSc from reputable university Proficiency in Python and hands on experience with Python libraries such as NumPy, pandas, matplotlib Excellent communication skills, self motivated and well organized Can do attitude, willing to learn and always curious Experience in using ML framework (Scikit learn, Pytorch TensorFlow, Keras is a plus Knowledge with SQL database, MongoDB and cloud infrastructure (GCP) is a plus Coursework related to integrated circuit design or semiconductor physic is a plus
