Our Summer Internship Program Our Summer Internship Program is an 8-week (June 14 – August 6, 2027) internship designed to provide you with an exciting, supportive and fun experience which mirrors life as an Analyst at BlackRock. You’ll have real-world responsibilities during the summer, in addition to participating in professional development, networking and social events. The Summer Internship Program acts as a feeder to the 2028 Full-Time Graduate Analyst Program. We are known for creating interdisciplinary teams that represent many parts of BlackRock, including business subject matter experts and technologists. Externally: Industry Participants and Service Providers/Vendors As an Intern, you will... Contribute to strategic projects, involving complex client mandates, technology solutions, and commercial opportunities. Deliver on and gain a clear understanding of how assigned tasks relate to broader business objectives and stakeholder needs. Quickly absorb relevant content and contribute to current state analysis (“BPRs”). Identify areas for improvement and propose enhancements to business and technology processes. Simplify complex topics and data to synthesize themes and recommend a course of action. Exhibit intellectual curiosity and maintain confidence in asking questions and challenging the current state. Build proficiency in project management, asset management, financial markets, emerging technologies, and BlackRock’s corporate strategy. What capabilities are we looking for?
