Our Summer Internship Program Our Summer Internship Program is an 8-week (June 14 – August 6, 2027) internship designed to provide you with an exciting, supportive and fun experience which mirrors life as an Analyst at BlackRock. You’ll have real-world responsibilities during the summer, in addition to participating in professional development, networking and social events. The Summer Internship Program acts as a feeder to the 2028 Full-Time Graduate Analyst Program. About Aladdin Client Business Aladdin® is an operating system for investment managers that seeks to connect the information, people, and technology needed to manage money in real time. The Aladdin platform combines risk analytics with portfolio management, trading, compliance, and investment operations tools on a single platform to power informed decision-making, effective risk management, efficient trading, and operational scale. Aladdin is used by a community of over 200 institutional clients around the world, including BlackRock. There are over 100,000 end users of Aladdin globally. The team is comprised of 1500+ professionals responsible for implementing and supporting our Aladdin clients, sales and marketing, and ensuring the Aladdin Community maximizes Aladdin products through engagement and education. The Aladdin Client Business (ACB) Team tackles the hardest, most sophisticated problems in FinTech. We utilize our in-depth understanding of Aladdin, our clients’ businesses, and the investment management process to provide world-class customer service to our rapidly growing, global client base. We are a diverse team and bring our unique skills and experiences to the table, but we all share a serious passion for solving tough problems and keeping our clients happy. As an intern, you will Support ACE initiatives by assisting with client engagement activities, preparing materials for strategic meetings, and analyzing client feedback to inform product enhancements Contribute to ACT projects by helping coordinate implementation plans, documenting workflows, and supporting readiness checks for Aladdin deployments Develop and deliver training or marketing materials for client use Actively manage client communications regarding product changes and improvements Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, operations) to ensure smooth delivery of solutions Gain exposure to industry practitioners at leading investment institutions and solve problems that make a measurable impact Build technical, analytical, and relationship management skills What capabilities are we looking for? Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey concepts simply and clearly Strong coordination skills and able to manage multiple priorities Strong technical problem-solving skills, trouble-shooting skills, and analytical thinking Strong interest in finance, portfolio management, and technology Coding and programming skills are a strong plus Application Instructions If this is something of your interest, apply now!
