Our Summer Internship Program
Our Summer Internship Program is an 8-week (June 14 – August 6, 2027) internship designed to provide you with an exciting, supportive and fun experience which mirrors life as an Analyst at BlackRock. You’ll have real-world responsibilities during the summer, in addition to participating in professional development, networking and social events.
The Summer Internship Program acts as a feeder to the 2028 Full-Time Graduate Analyst Program.
About Global Product Solutions
BlackRock’s Global Product Solution (GPS) strives to catalyze firm growth by delivering for clients on the biggest asset management trends through expertly designed, scalable products and solutions. GPS ensures product priorities are consistent with overall firm strategy and growth aspirations and manages a transparent and disciplined product development process from ideation through implementation for innovative, new products. GPS partners closely with Client Businesses, Investment teams, and Corporate Functions to achieve the firm’s goals and objectives.
GPS is responsible for delivering the following core activities:

Product Development & Structuring
Product Management & Commercialization
Product Governance
As an Intern, you will...
Conduct in-depth industry research and competitor analysis to understand the industry landscape and client/market trends and be able to convert complex market data into valuable insights.
Work with the team to engage with internal stakeholders to understand client needs and product gaps, to develop viable investment solutions and commercialization plans to drive success for focus products.
Support senior product leads across active & index in product design and structuring, coordinate the product approvals process and drive the end-to-end product implementation process.
Support the evolution of the product governance framework, leveraging global best practices and driving efficiencies through problem solving.
Work on the maintenance of the local product platform with other team members, taking ownership of certain activities, by focusing on commercial needs as well as regulatory changes and industry developments
What capabilities are we looking for?
Interest in market/industry research, product design and structuring
Possesses proven quantitative and analytical skills
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High proficiency in using Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft products.
Knowledge in using data provider/visualization/analysis tools such as Morningstar, Tableau, Power BI, Bloomberg, or similar software will be a plus

Eligibility
Undergraduate or master’s students of all academic backgrounds graduating between September 2026 and August 2028.
