The Role We are looking for an Account Executive Intern to join our Digital/Media team for at least 3 months. Reporting to the Account Director, you will get hands-on exposure across media, performance, and digital workstreams, working on real campaigns for real clients from day one. This is not a coffee-and-printing internship. You will contribute to live work, pick up practical skills across the full media campaign lifecycle, and leave with a genuine understanding of how an integrated agency operates. This role suits you if you want to: Get real exposure across media planning, digital performance, and campaign delivery Work on well-known brands and see how strategic thinking translates into execution Start building the foundations of a career in digital and media What you will be doing Campaign coordination and admin Support the team in keeping campaigns organised, on track, and on brief across multiple client accounts Help maintain status documents, trackers, and timelines Assist with compiling briefs, preparing presentation decks, and organising meeting notes Media and digital support Assist with media plan preparation, including formatting, budget tracking, and channel summaries Support coordination with media vendors and our remote digital team on asset submissions, approvals, and timelines Help pull data from platform dashboards (Meta, Google Ads) and assist in formatting performance reports for client updates Creative asset management Coordinate the flow of creative assets across campaigns, ensuring versions, feedback, and approvals are tracked accurately. Assist with proofreading creative assets and campaign materials before they are shared with clients or vendors. Work closely with Creative, Account Management, and Digital teams to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and according to brief. Our Ideal Candidate Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related discipline. Curious about digital marketing, media, advertising, and how integrated campaigns are brought to life. Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and digital reporting tools. Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks. Comfortable working collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Interested in digital platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, or other advertising and media channels. Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms for research and productivity is a plus.
