Role Description
The Account Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. The intern will support the accounts and customer service teams by assisting with daily account management activities, including updating customer records, preparing basic financial and sales reports, and tracking account performance. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and ensuring timely follow-up on customer requests. The role also involves conducting simple data analysis to identify trends, supporting billing and invoicing processes, and contributing to process improvements that enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, prepare basic reports, and support decision-making.
Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge to assist with billing, invoicing, and simple account-related calculations.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide support, and maintain positive customer relationships.
Candidates should possess Account Management abilities to help maintain accurate records, follow up on accounts, and support relationship building.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools is beneficial.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are preferred.
Currently pursuing or having completed a diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is an advantage.
