About this internship
The Account Management team functions as the go-to people between clients and the agency. Account Management Interns work with Account Managers to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns, from receiving the client brief to the production of collaterals. We are seeking motivated individuals who have an interest in understanding the processes in delivering campaigns for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Managers/Directors to understand client needs, goals and preferences.
- Assist in the development and management of project timelines, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
- Work with Account Managers/Directors in the preparation of materials for meetings – including
presentation decks, creative materials, work-in-progress updates, competitive research and more.
- Participate in client meetings, taking notes and providing clear and concise summaries.
- Providing an opinion during creative and strategic reviews, based on an understanding of the clients’ needs.
- Briefing of work into planning, creatives and studio artists.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including creative, planning, production and digital teams.
- Desktop research to support the strategy and creative teams in developing concepts to answer client briefs.
- Help maintain accurate and organised project files.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Humanities or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Google Slides.
