Affiliates (Short-Tail) Intern - Singapore Marketing (Fall 2026)

Job Description Support end-to-end affiliate marketing campaigns with Enterprise partners and/or individual affiliates on Shopee Ambassador Programme Manage campaign creatives, communications, and incentive programs to achieve affiliate marketing goals Track and analyse the performance of existing affiliate channels through data-driven approach, and consequently optimise and achieve commercial objectives Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to support execution of platform and brand campaigns Requirements Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Marketing or related field) Confident communicator, both verbal and written Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach, with strong knowledge of Excel Self-starter, fast learner and a team player Experience with affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or in marketing agency is a plus
