Agent Operations Intern

Contract type: Full-time, Fixed- Term. Location: Singapore. JOB OVERVIEW: The Agent Operations Intern will support the Team Lead and wider team in the day-to-day operations of the Agent/Channel Management business unit. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in agent onboarding, reactivation, and channel programs, while learning about compliance and process optimisation in a global education business. ABOUT THE ROLE Support the Team Lead and team in day-to-day operations within the Agent/Channel Management unit Assist with processes for new agent onboarding and agent reactivation, under guidance from the team Help support the execution of channel programs, including the Partner Program and Agent Registration Help ensure compliance with internal and external policies, and flag opportunities for process improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams, building exposure to different parts of the business Geographical Scope: This role can be based in Singapore, Malaysia or Noida, India. ABOUT YOU Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree, ideally in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A keen, analytical mindset and interest in data-driven decision making Excellent English communication skills Interest in B2B sales, channel operations, or business operations more broadly Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools is a plus, but not essential ABOUT US Study Group is a leading international education provider that is dedicated and passionate about helping students around the world, creating a brighter future and reaching their full potential.
