Ready to explore the power of data, AI, and automation? Join us as an intern and gain hands-on experience improving business processes, enhancing reporting and forecasting, and driving operational efficiency through data-driven solutions.
What will you do:
Reporting & Data Consolidation
Review existing manual reporting processes across Business Units.
Identify repetitive data collection, consolidation, and formatting activities.
Use AI tools, Excel automation, Power BI, Power Automate, or other digital tools to simplify reporting.
Create cleaner, faster, and more user-friendly dashboards or reporting templates.
Forecasting Support
Analyze historical business data to identify trends, patterns, and gaps.
Support improvement of forecasting accuracy through data analytics and AI-enabled insights.
Help develop simple forecasting models or dashboards to support business planning.
Highlight risks, assumptions, and opportunities based on available data.
Delivery & Performance Tracking
Review delivery tracking processes and identify bottlenecks or manual follow-up activities.
Propose tools or dashboards to monitor delivery status, delays, and key actions.
Support better visibility of progress, risks, and ownership across teams.
Help automate regular status updates where possible.
Cross-BU Communication & Coordination
Identify communication gaps across Business Units that impact speed, alignment, or decision-making.
Explore AI-enabled communication tools, summaries, trackers, or shared dashboards to improve collaboration.
Support creation of standardized templates for updates, meeting summaries, action tracking, and follow-ups.
Improve information flow between teams through digital and AI-assisted solutions.
AI Use Case Identification
Work with business stakeholders to identify practical AI use cases.
Prioritize opportunities based on impact, feasibility, and ease of adoption.
Develop proof-of-concept solutions for selected use cases.
Measure productivity gains, time saved, and improvement in process efficiency.
What qualifications will make you successful:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Administration with a strong analytics focus.
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend practical solutions.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data consolidation; experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Python, SQL, or similar analytics and automation tools is an added advantage.
Familiarity with AI and Generative AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or equivalent platforms.
Able to understand business processes and translate challenges into digital solutions, while effectively collaborating and communicating with stakeholders across functions; proactive, curious, and willing to challenge existing ways of working to drive continuous improvement.
