AI Data Associate (2-Month Contract / Internship Opportunity)

Position Title : AI Data Associate (Japanese, Korean OR China Mandarin) Work location : Singapore Working hours : Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm Employment Type: 2-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Aug to Oct or Sep to Oct) About the Role We are seeking detail-oriented and analytical individuals to join our team as AI Data Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end content review and quality assurance, including the annotation of various content types (text, images, videos) based on predefined guidelines. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and fairness of data-related tasks, while also contributing to the improvement of processes and standards. Key Responsibilities Annotate content following established guidelines and standards Grade assignments, assessments, or projects with fairness and accuracy Conduct quality checks to ensure content accuracy and guideline compliance Perform web-based research using credible sources to support content-related tasks Identify and flag discrepancies or inconsistencies in data Provide clear, constructive feedback on content and grading outcomes Collaborate on refining annotation criteria and grading rubrics Collect data based on specific client or project requirements Maintain organized and detailed records for tracking and reporting purposes Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks Qualifications & Skills Minimum qualification: Diploma or equivalent Strong English proficiency in both written and spoken communication Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively Familiarity with online research methods and reliable information sources Prior experience in content moderation, annotation, or data evaluation is a plus Open to students seeking internship experience About Centific Centific is a frontier AI data foundry that curates diverse, high-quality data, using our purpose-built technology platforms to empower the Magnificent Seven and our enterprise clients with safe, scalable AI deployment.
