AI Development Intern (Research-Oriented)

Internship Details: Internship Duration: 3–6 months Employment Type: Internship Work Arrangement: Primarily on-site in Singapore Internship Compensation: Negotiable and determined based on the candidate’s experience, technical capabilities, availability, and overall suitability for the role Key Responsibilities: Participate in Python language development, and assist in module design, coding, testing, and maintenance work. Engage in AI/large language model (LLM)-related projects, conduct prompt engineering, track the latest developments of domestic and international products, and read and understand professional technical papers. Join team technical discussions and solution design, and propose innovative solutions. Continuously learn new technologies, maintain enthusiasm for the fields of software development and operation & maintenance, and improve personal technical capabilities. Requirements: 1. Basic Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma, bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. Fluent in spoken Chinese with excellent reading comprehension. Be available to work on-site for at least 3 days per week, with the ability to work full-time when needed. During non-on-site periods, maintain efficient responsiveness to ensure the timely completion of work tasks. Proficient in Python programming languages, with good coding standards and code optimization capabilities, and practical experience in Spring series frameworks. Maintain high enthusiasm for software development or operation & maintenance, and have the motivation for continuous learning and self-improvement. 2. Technical Requirements Agent framework optimization: Experience with MCP, LangChain, and AutoGen. RAG knowledge base + deep search. ChatBI + development of office tool agents: Proficiency in developing agents for tools such as Word/Excel/PPT/VS/PyCharm/Cursor. AIGC + development of creative tool (e.g., Photoshop) agents. Deployment and fine-tuning of DeepSeek. OS/web-side automation + imitation learning + visual reasoning.
