About the Role
We are looking for an AI-driven and innovative intern to help accelerate the adoption of AI across HR and Talent initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, challenging existing ways of working, and developing practical AI solutions that improve efficiency, enhance employee experience, and support better talent decisions.
You will work closely with HR stakeholders to explore, design, and pilot AI-enabled solutions that create measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Identify opportunities to improve HR and talent processes using AI and automation.
Research emerging AI technologies, tools, and best practices.
Develop prototypes, pilots, and proof-of-concepts to address HR business challenges.
Support talent-related initiatives including recruitment, learning, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
Analyse data and generate insights to support decision-making.
Prepare recommendations, presentations, and business cases for HR stakeholders.
Support the development of HR AI use cases, frameworks, and adoption plans.
Expected Deliverables
By the end of the internship, you will have:
Identify and prioritize AI opportunities across HR and Talent processes.
Develop and test 1–3 AI-powered prototypes, pilots, or automation solutions.
Present recommendations and an AI roadmap outlining opportunities, expected impact, and implementation considerations.
Who We're Looking For
Undergraduate or postgraduate student in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related disciplines, with a strong interest in applying AI to solve business and people challenges.
Strong interest in AI, Generative AI, automation, and the future of work.
Comfortable using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Power BI, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Self-driven, curious, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
