    About this internship

    As an AI & Intelligent Automation Intern, you will contribute to the following: AI & Business Process Innovation Identify opportunities to improve S&OP processes using AI, automation, and data-driven decision making. Analyze existing business workflows and recommend innovative digital solutions. Participate in AI proof-of-concepts and pilot projects that support forecasting, inventory optimization, and decision support. Data & Analytics Collect, cleanse, transform, and analyze data from multiple business systems. Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable business insights. Support predictive analytics initiatives using historical business data and forecasting models. Intelligent Automation Development Build automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. Assist in developing AI-powered workflows utilizing Microsoft Copilot, Internal Generative AI Agent Platforms, Power Automate, n8n, and other intelligent automation tools. Support integration of data from ERP, CRM, SharePoint, and other enterprise systems. Solution Design & Delivery Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops. Create user stories, process maps, and solution design documents. Participate in Agile project delivery activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, and demonstrations. AI Testing & Adoption Test AI models, automation workflows, and business scenarios. Validate outputs and identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare user guides, training materials, and adoption documentation. Support regional rollout activities across multiple APAC countries. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, or Automation. Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with regional teams. Preferred Knowledge of .NET, Python, SQL, or data analysis tools. Familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, or Microsoft 365 technologies. Understanding of databases, APIs, and data integration concepts. Exposure to AI/ML, Prompt Engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Generative AI tools. Experience working on university projects involving analytics, automation, or AI. A minimum six (6) month internship commitment is required due to the strategic nature and implementation timeline of the AI transformation program. Interns will have the opportunity to participate in the complete solution lifecycle, from ideation and design through deployment and business adoption.
