Through our corporate cards, payments, and expense management products , Reap helps businesses scale globally. Our APIs allow partners to embed Cards-as-a-Service (CaaS) , cross-border payments, and stablecoin-enabled finance directly into their own products. Backed by leading investors including Index Ventures and HashKey Capital , Reap is building the infrastructure for borderless, programmable finance. Sales Operations Singapore Hybrid Reap is building the rails for stablecoin-native payments — a Visa Principal Issuer moving money for businesses across APAC, LATAM, MENA, and Africa. We're growing fast, which means our sales team is closing deals faster than our systems can always keep up with. That's where you come in. This isn't a coffee-and-copy-paste internship. You'll own real pieces of how our revenue engine runs — the data, the reporting, the process — and you'll get to use (and build with) AI to do it better than the standard playbook says is possible. What you'll actually do Make the data tell the truth. Keep our CRM (HubSpot) clean and trustworthy so leadership can make decisions they'd bet on Turn noise into signal. Build the reports and dashboards that show where deals are won, lost, and stuck — and what to do about it Tighten the machine. Map how deals move from first touch to signed, and cut the friction along the way Put AI to work. Use AI tools to summarize calls, tag patterns, draft analysis, and automate the boring stuff — then show us applications we hadn't thought of Have the sales team's back. Take on the operational requests and enablement that keep reps selling instead of stuck in admin What success looks like By the end you'll have shipped things people actually use: a cleaner CRM leadership trusts, dashboards that drive the weekly sales review, and at least one AI-powered workflow that gives the team real time back. You'll walk away with a portfolio, not just a line on your CV. About You Must-haves Sharp with Google Sheets / Excel and genuinely comfortable with data A clear communicator who can turn a messy spreadsheet into a one-line takeaway Organized and detail-obsessed — you notice when a number looks off Self-directed; you're at home with ambiguity and figure things out Based in Singapore and able to work in a hybrid setup Nice-to-haves Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce) or BI tools (Looker, Power BI, or similar) A habit of poking at new AI tools until they do something useful Basic SQL Why this is a great gig Real ownership — projects with your name on them that outlast the internship A front-row seat — see how RevOps, Sales, Finance, and leadership actually operate inside a high-growth fintech Mentorship + range — work directly with the people building Reap's revenue infrastructure from scratch
