AI Product Intern – Agentic HR Applications

AiryHR is building AI-native recruiting, Core HR and payroll products for companies across Asia. We are looking for a hands-on AI Product Intern to help turn customer needs into practical, reliable product experiences. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Help improve agentic HR workflows across recruiting, Core HR and payroll. • Turn customer feedback into user flows, product requirements and acceptance criteria. • Prototype and test AI features using tools such as Claude and OpenAI. • Evaluate model outputs, identify failure cases and recommend improvements. • Research competing products and work closely with HR experts and engineers. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • You have helped build or ship a real digital product—not only completed coursework or research. • Hands-on experience with an AI product, agent, LLM workflow or serious product project. • Strong product thinking and the ability to identify workflow and usability problems. • Students, recent graduates and candidates with up to two years of experience are welcome. • HR, recruitment or enterprise software experience is a plus, not required. • Professional English is required; Chinese is a plus. • Able to work closely with our Singapore team.
