About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic AI Product Intern to support the development and delivery of AI-powered solutions, including Generative AI applications, intelligent automation tools, and AI agents. This role offers hands-on exposure to product management, project coordination, and AI technology, while working closely with business, engineering, and data teams. You will help bridge business needs and technical solutions by conducting research, gathering requirements, coordinating project activities, and supporting the successful rollout of AI products. Key Responsibilities: Assist in researching market trends, user needs, and potential AI use cases. Support product planning by gathering requirements and documenting user stories and product specifications. Collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery. Help track project milestones, risks, and action items across multiple AI initiatives. Conduct competitor analysis and industry research to identify opportunities for product improvement. Support product testing, user feedback collection, and feature validation activities. Monitor product performance metrics and assist in preparing reports and presentations. Participate in stakeholder meetings and help translate business requirements into actionable product recommendations. Assist in developing user guides, training materials, and product documentation. Contribute ideas for improving AI products, user experience, and operational efficiency. Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Strong interest in AI, technology, product management, and digital innovation. Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of AI concepts such as Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or automation technologies is a plus. Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools such as Jira, Notion, Trello, or Asana is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
