Role Summary:
AI is moving quickly, but turning a promising idea into something people can actually rely on takes much more than a good prompt.
As part of the Digital Experience team at Advanced MedTech, you will get a front-row view of how AI is being applied across a global MedTech business. Our projects span sales, service, digital health and internal operations, giving you exposure to a wide range of real-world AI use cases rather than a single project or function.
You will work alongside the team to take AI initiatives from idea and pilot through testing, improvement and rollout. Depending on the project, you may help test new AI tools, analyze user feedback, improve knowledge bases, work with data, research new technologies, support pilots or develop materials that help users adopt new solutions.
This internship is designed to give you practical exposure to the parts of AI implementation that are often invisible from the outside: How do you know whether an AI response is good enough? Why do some AI tools get adopted while others do not? How do data quality, user behavior and business context affect performance? How do you introduce AI responsibly within a real organization?
You will also work with colleagues across commercial, service, product and corporate teams, giving you a broader understanding of how technology, business needs and user experience come together when building AI products.
This role will be a great fit if you are curious about AI and wants to go deeper than simply using ChatGPT. We are looking for someone who enjoys figuring out how things work, spotting problems, testing ideas and finding better ways to do things. You do not need to arrive as an AI expert. What matters most is curiosity, initiative, attention to detail and a willingness to learn quickly.
By the end of the internship, you would have a stronger understanding of how real-world AI products are evaluated, improved, operationalized and scaled, as well as the judgment needed to distinguish an interesting AI demo from a genuinely useful solution.
Job Responsibilities:
Get hands-on with real AI tools and use cases across sales, service, digital health and internal operations.
Test AI systems in realistic scenarios, challenge their responses and help identify where they work well, where they fail and what needs to improve.
Help build and improve the knowledge and data foundations behind AI tools, including product information, manuals, FAQs and internal content.
Look at user feedback, usage patterns and recurring issues to help answer a key product question: what would make this tool more useful for the people using it?
Support AI pilots and rollouts, gaining exposure to what it takes to move a tool from prototype to real-world adoption.
Create practical user guides, training materials and documentation that help people understand and confidently use new AI tools.
Research emerging AI tools, technologies and use cases, and help the team assess what is genuinely useful versus what is simply hype.
Job Requirements:
This will be a 3-6 months internship role.
