You'll work directly with our founders, solution architects, engineers, and enterprise customers to help design and deploy AI solutions that solve real business challenges. What You'll Do As an AI Solutions Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience across the entire customer journey. Customer Discovery Participate in customer discovery workshops and executive meetings. Learn how to identify business challenges and transformation opportunities. Document customer requirements and business processes. Help translate business problems into AI use cases. AI Solution Design Assist in designing enterprise AI solutions for customers. Work with our Solution Architects to build AI workflows. Learn how Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, Knowledge Bases, and Large Language Models are applied in real business scenarios. Contribute ideas to improve solution design and customer outcomes. AI Implementation Support the configuration of AI agents and enterprise knowledge bases. Assist with prompt design, testing, and validation. Help prepare customer environments for demonstrations and proof-of-concepts. Work alongside engineering teams during solution deployments. Customer Engagement Join customer presentations and solution demonstrations. Support customer onboarding and adoption activities. Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement. Help create documentation, user guides, and training materials. Research & Innovation Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI. Research industry-specific AI use cases. Evaluate new AI tools and platforms. Share insights with the wider team. You may be pursuing a degree in: Computer Science Information Systems Software Engineering Artificial Intelligence Business Analytics Business Administration Engineering Data Science Or a related field You don't need to be an AI expert—we value curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn. We'd Love to See Strong communication and presentation skills. A genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced startup environment. Comfort working with both technical and business teams. A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
