Flexibility in working model and locations (Hybrid).
We trust the team’s diligence to work towards a common goal.
We are a small core team working with 100+ volunteers. The Core Team works 1 day a week at least from a co-working space. The rest of the week would be mainly Work from Home. Working Hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, excluding calls with volunteers. Please be prepared to attend calls with volunteers during evenings.
To compensate for the necessary work with volunteers outside working hours, you will have every Friday afternoon free.
Moreover, to compensate for the extra working hours necessary during the AlterCOP conference, you will have a two weeks' holiday during the last two weeks of the year (December festive season holidays).
An exceptional opportunity to build a strong network in sustainability.
In Singapore and beyond, you will meet and work with Sustainability thought leaders and develop a valuable network for your career.
