About The Team
The Strategic Partnerships team leads Shopee’s efforts in building and scaling high-impact collaborations with key external platforms. From opportunity scoping to go-to-market planning and performance tracking, the team works cross-functionally to integrate external platforms, drive seamless user experiences, and expand traffic sources across Shopee’s markets in Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and Brazil.
Job Description
Assess key partnership initiatives’ performance and identify areas for improvement
Analyze traffic metrics and competitive trends to inform business planning
Develop high-impact executive presentations to support partnership development and stakeholder engagement
Conduct user experience research to gather insights
Assist in product testing to enhance functionality and usability
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in business, marketing, analytics, or related fields
Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Slides
Strong in clear communication and stakeholder collaboration
Highly organized and responsible, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Full-time interns preferred (3–6 months commitment)
Part-time interns who can commit for at least 3 working days (for a minimum of 3 months) are also welcome to apply
