    Location & Duration Singapore | 6 months part-time (2~3 days) a week Role Overview We are seeking a technically strong intern to work at the intersection of HR (Total Rewards), data analytics, and automation. This role focuses on improving efficiency and scalability of compensation and benefits processes by building automation tools and leveraging AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Data Management & Reporting Consolidate, validate, and analyze compensation and benefits data from multiple countries. Maintain trackers and reporting templates to support annual surveys, benchmarking exercises, and Rewards projects. Support data visualization and dashboard creation using Excel and Power BI to provide insights into compensation, benefits, and workforce trends. Workflow Automation Improve manual processes (data collection, approvals, reporting, etc.) and support workflow automation using Microsoft 365 tools such as Power Automate, Forms, SharePoint, and Copilot. Document automation solutions and create user guides for business users. AI & Digital Tools Explore practical applications of AI tools for document summarization, data extraction, report generation, and productivity improvement. Assist in testing and evaluating new digital solutions within the Total Rewards function. Candidate Profile Currently pursuing a university degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, HR, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. A curious and self-motivated learner who enjoys solving problems and finding better ways to do things. Someone who pays attention to detail, takes ownership of their work, and follows through on tasks. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to ask questions and share ideas. Interest in understanding how data, technology, and business processes come together to improve decision-making. We do not expect candidates to be experts in Power BI, automation, or HR. What matters most is a genuine interest in learning, a willingness to experiment with new tools, and the motivation to turn ideas into practical solutions.
