This position reports to the AP Director and works with offshore AP team, users/teams across Singtel & NCS and vendors. The candidate will be supporting AP projects which will provide the candidate with exposure to various AP functions. Make an Impact by AP transformation projects Enhancement initiatives to improve einvoicing platform - requirements gathering, project managing AP resources in UAT and issues resolutions as well as assisting in UAT, involve in the change management (eg prepare FAQs) / communications with internal stakeholders on the changed processes, suppliers onboarding onto einvoicing platform which may require the candidate to handle enquiries from suppliers and internal stakeholders. Perform invoice processing and general ledger data entry in SAP accounting system Perform AP reporting activities including interco reconciliations, Balance Sheet schedules preparation Liaise with vendors/employees on payment issues Review staff claims for compliance against claim policy. Skills For Success Diploma/Degree in Accountancy Basic knowledge in accounting Proficiency with Microsoft Office Verbal Communication skills Interpersonal skills People management Good time management and detail oriented Experience in prioritizing tasks in order to meet deadlines.
