Application Support Engineer

Job Title- Application Support Engineer Contract- 1 yr extendable Role Overview REQUIREMENTS • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of SQL and database concepts. • Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman. • Able to contribute individually and collaborate well with cross-functional team. • Hands-on experience in Linux, Unix is an added advantage. • Experience in working with vendors to resolve complex technical issues is an added advantage. EXPERIENCE Diploma/Degree holder in Information Technology, Info Systems or equivalent. Comfortable in speaking both English and Mandarin. • Between 2 – 4 years of Application Development or technical project coordination • Good understanding of infrastructure and software development life cycle. • Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management processes. • Good understanding of software development life cycle models (both Waterfall and Agile). • Knowledge of Linux/Windows environments. • Insurance domain knowledge is an advantage
