About the Role We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Engineer Intern to join our team. As an AI Engineer Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, gain hands-on experience with software development, and contribute to the creation of innovative solutions. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates with a passion for AI Engineering and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Support testing and validation of extraction results across different document types Assist in prompt engineering and AI extraction tuning Analyse extraction failures and edge cases Help prepare datasets for benchmarking and evaluation Research OCR, LLMs, chunking, indexing, and document processing techniques Support regression testing for model and pipeline improvements Work with AI Engineers and Product teams on client-specific issues and enhancements Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. Required Skills Strong understanding of software development concepts and principles, including object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in software development, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C++, and familiarity with web development frameworks and technologies. Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex problems, debug issues, and propose effective solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
