Key Responsibilities : Own end‑to‑end technical responsibility for AS400 applications, including country‑specific core banking, lending, deposits, payments, and regulatory systems. Ensure stability and performance of RPG/RPGLE, COBOL, CL, and DB2/400–based applications supporting critical banking operation Stakeholder Management, Regulatory & Compliance Alignment Proven experience in core banking or retail/corporate banking systems, preferably global banks. Strong exposure to multi‑country banking applications, regulatory reporting, and audit‑driven environments. Experience working in on‑shore/off‑shore delivery models for BFSI clients. Core Technical Skills: Strong hands‑on experience with IBM i / AS400 platform. Expert knowledge of RPG/RPGLE, COBOL, CL, DB2/400. Strong understanding of batch processing, online programs, file handling, and interface integrations
