What You'll Do As a Regional IT PMO Intern, you will work closely with regional stakeholders to support IT financial management, procurement governance, PMO operations, and process improvement initiatives. This internship offers an opportunity to develop analytical, project management, and automation skills while gaining exposure to how a regional IT organization operates. You Will Support IT budgeting, forecasting, accrual, and reporting activities Assist in tracking technology investments, contracts, purchase orders, and vendor spend Support the development of dashboards, reports, and management presentations Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation and AI solutions Assist in maintaining procurement and contract governance records, including renewal tracking and expenditure monitoring Support project coordination and PMO governance activities across the APAC region Maintain and improve PMO documentation, process flows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) What You'll Gain Exposure to how a regional IT organization manages technology investments, budgets, and strategic initiatives Hands-on experience applying AI and automation tools to solve real business challenges Opportunities to work with stakeholders across IT, Finance and Project Management functions in the region Practical experience in process improvement, business analysis, and project governance. Visibility into management reporting and decision-making processes Ownership of meaningful initiatives that deliver tangible business impact Who We're Looking For You Are An undergraduate pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, Finance, Accountancy, Business Analytics or a related discipline Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Good communication skills and attention to detail Curious, proactive and eager to learn new technologies and ways of working Interest in AI, automation, digital transformation or project management is a plus Exposure to AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or ChatGPT will be an added advantage Learn.
