Assistant Associate - Intern

Responsibilities ●   Participate in desk and marketing research to support the acceleration team in startup recruitment and selection ●   Assist in preparing reports; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations for pitches or roadshows ●   Research and gather documentation on competitive analysis ●   Familiar with various CMS and update website content and respond to inbound queries ●   Daily administration work and assistance for the department ●   Perform clerical duties, take memos, meeting minutes, maintain files, and organize documents, as needed ●   Manage databases, input information, data, and records ●   Work with offshore team to update and maintain the content hub regularly ●   Support with organization, maintenance and updates on department calendars ●   Any other tasks assigned by Manager Personal Attributes ●   Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) ●   Undergraduate students in Year 3/4 of a Bachelor’s degree program or Postgraduate students are preferred ●   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluent Chinese is a plus ●   Self-motivated and able to independently execute and complete tasks ●   Sharp, energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas ●   Has a strong sense of responsibility and ownership If you are interested in this position, pls. send your CV to hr@thexnode.com
