As part of our strong growth in Southeast Asia and the Pacific, we are recruiting an Assistant Key Account Manager SEAPAC (internship), based in Singapore, to support the strategic development of this key region.
You will embody Caudalie’s brand values and contribute to our expansion and visibility across the region through strategic account management. You will also help champion our core entrepreneurial values — agility, initiative, empowerment, and versatility.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including global and regional marketing, supply chain, and retail partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Distributors
Support and coordinate our distributors across the region, ensuring alignment with Caudalie’s commercial strategy and brand standards
Organize business reviews with distributors to discuss sales performance, priorities, and action plans
Contribute to maintaining a high level of retail execution, including:
in-store execution, brand standards, visibility, and planogram compliance
stock availability and assortment consistency
Assist with forecasting and stock management, including:
validating distributors replenishment orders
monitoring stock levels to prevent overstocking and out‑of‑stock situations
supporting budgeting and sell‑in / sell‑out analysis
Business development
Support the identification of new business opportunities across both offline and online channels in the region.
Monitor emerging platforms and partners, and contribute to their evaluation and onboarding.
Assist in the execution and monitoring of key projects, including market launches, rollouts, and other ad hoc strategic initiatives.
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong interest in the beauty and skincare industry
Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and embrace Caudalie’s entrepreneurial spirit
Analytical, well‑organized, and eager to develop business skills
Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Contract: Internship contract (4 to 6 months)
Start date: September 2026
