Associate Project Manager / Intern

Associate Project Managers / Interns – Smart FM Project Implementation Candidates must have the right to work in Singapore without requiring employer-sponsored work authorization. We are looking for a dynamic Associate Smart FM Project Implementation Managers and Interns to lead the delivery of cutting-edge smart building and digital twin solutions across multiple regions. In this role, you will drive end-to-end project execution , ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction . You will work closely with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and strong user adoption. What You’ll Do Lead planning and execution of Smart FM software projects Manage stakeholders, budgets, timelines, and project risks Ensure high customer satisfaction and successful solution adoption Drive project profitability and operational efficiency Oversee quality, governance, and change management Lead and mentor project teams across regions Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams for continuous improvement What We’re Looking For 2+ years in software implementation (Not required for Intern position) Relevant Educational background and experience in Smart FM, IoT, building automation, or enterprise software Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience managing budgets, resources, and project profitability Familiarity with Digital Twin / BIM / Smart Building technologies is a plus PMP or equivalent certification preferred Must be able to travel and work on-site.
