    Role Description: We are seeking a proactive and motivated intern to support our B2B sales team. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full sales cycle, from top-of-funnel lead generation and campaign management to client support and essential sales operations. The intern will play a critical part in executing targeted business campaigns, ensuring seamless client engagement, and providing smooth operational support, particularly during our peak sales periods. This position provides a strong foundation for a career in B2B sales and account management. Job Requirements Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management & Client Acquisition: Plan, execute, and monitor dedicated business campaigns from start to finish. Conduct prospecting and lead qualification to generate new business opportunities. Assist in preparing campaign materials, sales presentations, and client communications. Support client meetings and follow-ups to nurture relationships. Operational & Administrative Support: Provide operational backup to the sales team, ensuring no orders are delayed and processes run smoothly. Maintain the sales pipeline and ensure accurate, timely updates of client information in the CRM. Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping for sales operations. Prepare and dispatch standard quotations efficiently to support a high volume of requests. Work closely with senior sales staff, providing operational support to free them up for high-value sales deals. Reporting & Collaboration: Track and compile campaign performance metrics, analyze outcomes, and prepare reports for management review. Prepare comprehensive handover documentation to ensure continuity of campaign insights and operational knowledge. Collaborate with supervisors for guidance and performance feedback. Requirements: Currently pursuing or holding a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in G Suite and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Comfortable with or able to quickly learn CRM systems. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Learning Outcomes: Gain hands-on experience in B2B account management, end-to-end business campaigns, client acquisition, and sales operations. Develop a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, including prospecting, lead qualification, and client engagement.
