What you will be doing
Develop customer-facing content to build brand awareness and support engagement across target markets and entire customer lifecycle
Create and develop content for multiple products, solutions, and services, including articles, newsletters, customer stories, campaign messaging, and marketing collateral
Develop campaign assets such as videos, marketing materials, presentations, and digital content aligned with the organisation’s key messages and brand guidelines
Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop compelling content that supports business and customer communication objectives
Manage content timelines and support content publishing across social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Develop brand and social media content, including copywriting and creative assets (images, videos, and other multimedia content) to strengthen brand presence and engagement
Support content planning and execution for integrated marketing and communications campaigns
What we are looking for
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or related fields
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling and customer-centric content across multiple formats
Strong interest in content writing, brand communications, digital marketing, and social media content development
Highly self-motivated, self-starter, well organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively
Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams and external agencies
Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate messaging
Skills Developed Through This Internship
Develop strong project management and content planning skills
Gain proficiency in content creation, campaign execution, copywriting, video production, and social media management
Develop customer communication and storytelling capabilities across digital and brand channels
Understanding of company culture, brand identity, communications strategy, and audience engagement
