About This Role, Responsibilities & Ownership Are you interested in how market-leading brands are built? Do you love combining creativity with strategy? You'll join a Brand Marketing team that sits at the centre of how Endowus builds its market position — from brand strategy through to campaign strategy, execution and partnerships. This isn't a "sit in the corner and make decks" internship. You'll be embedded in live workstreams — consumer research, campaign planning, developing marketing assets — building brand love, creating meaningful connections with customers, and ensuring our brand stands out in a competitive landscape. What You’ll Work On Brand Strategy & Execution – Contribute to developing and executing a high-impact brand strategy that builds and strengthens our market position vs our competition Integrated Marketing Campaigns – Support multi-channel marketing initiatives across paid, owned, and earned media to build the brand and drive business growth— doing this in partnership with multifunctional teams like Content, Performance Marketing, Creative teams and Agencies. Marketing Content Development – Contribute to the in-house development of ads for digital channels- from creative conceptualization to drafting marketing copy. Consumer-centric Creativity and Innovation – Learn how to build deep consumer understanding and leverage this with creative thinking, data and market intelligence to support bold, consumer-centric marketing campaigns and activations Optimise for Performance & ROI – Contribute to optimizing ROI, in collaboration with performance marketing and growth marketing teams, to ensure we are effectively and efficiently driving brand and business growth. What You Bring To The Table You’re currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a field of study related to Business, Marketing or Communications, and have completed at least your 2nd year of study At least 1 prior internship completed (in marketing, media, or a related field). You have a strong interest in marketing and communications, particularly in developing and implementing integrated brand plans and campaigns to drive business growth You have a Consumer-First Mindset – interested in building a deep understanding of consumers and their behaviors, and combining that with bold creativity to build a brand that stands out. You’re proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working across cross-functional and remote teams in a fast-paced environment. You also have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You have a keen interest in personal finance and investing, and you’re excited to make a real difference in how people grow their wealth.
