Sales Prodigy
to join our Business Growth team
At
Cintra Consultancy
, we're looking for someone special to grow with us over the next 6 months, a driven, personable, and naturally engaging person who's excited to start a career in sales and business development.
This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with our CEO, connect with real clients, and build practical skills across sales, marketing, and business development. If you've always had a feeling you'd be great at this, even without formal experience, we'd love to hear from you. We hire for potential and attitude, not just résumés.
What you'll do
Reach out to and follow up with prospective clients and leads
Pitch our media products and services, and help clients find the right fit
Support proposals, quotations, and presentations
Help with market research, social media, and marketing campaigns
Keep our lead and customer records organised
Work alongside the team to hit our sales goals
What we're looking for
Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal
Has a strong way with people
A warm, positive, can-do attitude
Comfortable connecting with people over calls, video, WhatsApp, and email
Confident sharing ideas and presenting
Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
A genuine interest in sales, marketing, and business development
Based in Singapore, able to travel around to meet clients
No prior experience needed, our CEO will guide and mentor you every step of the way. You bring the energy and the willingness to learn.
