Please visit https://libeara.com to find out more about our company. Role We are seeking a motivated and curious Business Development Intern to support the growth of Libeara. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in Financial Services and the blockchain / digital assets space, who is keen to gain hands-on exposure in a regulated fintech environment. You will work closely with the Business Development team to support market research, partnership development, and go-to-market initiatives across institutional and digital asset ecosystems. Responsibilities Support the identification and research of potential clients, partners, and commercial opportunities across Financial Services and digital asset ecosystems Assist in preparing outreach materials, presentations, and meeting briefs for prospective partners and clients Conduct market and competitive analysis on tokenisation, real-world assets (RWA), and blockchain-enabled capital markets Track and maintain business development pipelines, CRM updates, and meeting notes Support the development of go-to-market (GTM) materials and internal briefing documents Assist in coordinating meetings and follow-ups with internal stakeholders across Product, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering teams Contribute to research on regulatory and market developments relevant to digital assets and tokenised financial products Requirements Strong interest in Financial Services, Fintech, Capital Markets, or Web3 / Blockchain Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesise information clearly Good written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment Prior internship experience in finance, consulting, or startups is a plus, but not required By submitting your job application, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our Privacy Policy.
