Overview: The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through business development efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions. Our specialisations: Banking & Financial Services Consumer Retail & FMCG Manufacturing & Supply Chain Legal & Compliance Tech & E-Commerce Responsibilities: Research target industries to find new lead opportunities. Reach out to prospective corporate clients to pitch SearchAsia's Professional Recruitment services. Help prepare client presentations, proposals, and service agreements. Build and update database lists of target companies and hiring managers. Support senior consultants during client meetings and strategy calls. Qualifications: Min. A Level and above. Applicants with good track record in sports or other co-curricular activities in school will have an added advantage. You must be resourceful, self-motivated and have a positive attitude. Being passionate about people is essential. You must enjoy meeting and discovering diverse types of people and also work hard towards fostering a strong professional relationship with your clients and candidates.
