Build trusted relationships with customers and serve as a reliable point of contact through implementation
Monitor onboarding progress and flag issues early to keep customers on track
Gather customer feedback and surface insights to internal teams to improve the onboarding experience
Coordinate with product, operations, and support to resolve customer issues efficiently
What We're Looking For
We don't care about your degree. We care that you're driven, can work independently, and are genuinely excited about getting out there and making things happen.
Self-starter:
You don't wait to be told what to do. You identify what needs doing, take ownership, and follow through.
Comfortable with customers:
You're at ease talking to business owners and decision-makers — you know when to be direct, when to listen, and how to build trust quickly.
Resilient:
Field sales means rejection. A lot of it. You take it in stride, learn from it, and keep going.
Organised and able to multitask:
You can juggle onboarding, outreach, follow-ups, and reporting without dropping the ball.
Strong communicator:
Clear, confident, and able to adapt your tone — casual with a studio owner, sharp with a corporate partner.
Curious:
You learn fast and want to understand the product, the customer, and the market deeply.
Creative:
You'll encounter situations with no playbook. You'll figure it out.
Team player:
You collaborate well across functions, but you don't need hand-holding to get results.
Fitness industry interest:
Some experience or genuine curiosity about the fitness industry is a strong plus.
Commitment
We'll prioritise candidates who can commit full-time. Part-time candidates able to commit at least 3 days per week will be considered. Minimum internship duration is 4 months.
