About The Team Join Shopee’s Fulfilled-by-Shopee (FBS) team as a Seller Management Intern, where you’ll play a key role in supporting and growing some of our top-performing FBS sellers. You’ll work closely with sellers to ensure healthy inventory levels, drive business growth, and strengthen their operational excellence on FBS. This internship is fast-paced, hands-on, and offers valuable exposure to e-commerce operations, account management, and data-driven business decision-making. Job Description Support a portfolio of top FBS sellers, focusing on business growth and maintaining healthy inventory performance. Monitor stock levels, analyse key SKUs, and work closely with sellers to ensure timely replenishment. Track key performance metrics such as fulfilment rates, stock health, and sell-through to identify growth opportunities. Assist in projects such as incubating new-to-FBS sellers, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to succeed. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve operational workflows and overall seller experience.
