Join Birkenstock as a Business Development Intern SEA and support lead generation, market research, and sales operations while gaining hands-on experience in client engagement and business growth across Southeast Asia. YOUR SHOES TO FILL Market Research: Identify potential clients, analyze competitors, and uncover market opportunities to support sales growth Lead Generation: Support outreach through emails and calls to generate and qualify new business leads CRM Management: Maintain accurate client data and activity tracking within the CRM system Sales Support: Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and documentation for client engagement Collaboration & Reporting: Work with marketing on campaigns and support sales tracking through reports and performance insights YOUR WALK OF LIFE Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field Interest & Motivation: Strong interest in sales, business development, and client relationship management Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and teams Organization: Detail-oriented and well-organized, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently Mindset & Tools: Proactive, positive, and eager to learn, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) We Offer BIRKENSTOCK offers you all the advantages of a successful, fast growing, global company: dynamic work environment, considerable design freedom, authentic and open corporate culture and excellent development opportunities.
