🔷 Business Development Manager – Office Interior Fit-Out / Workplace Solutions Our client, an established interior fit-out and workplace solutions firm, is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead a newly created pioneer role in Singapore. 💡 This role is ideally suited to professionals currently in commercial office leasing, tenant representation or corporate real estate advisory who are looking to apply their client network and market knowledge on the project delivery side of the workplace industry. ■ About the Role ・Identify and develop new office fit-out, renovation and workplace transformation opportunities — full cycle from lead generation, pitching, negotiation to closing ・Capture office relocation and repositioning plans of Singapore-based corporates at an early stage, positioning the company ahead of the tender process ・Leverage existing relationships within the commercial office leasing ecosystem to generate fit-out opportunities at the point of lease signing or renewal ・Build and maintain referral networks with commercial real estate agencies, office leasing teams, tenant representatives, property/facility management firms, architects and consultants ・Approach growth sectors in Singapore such as logistics, healthcare/clinics and IT ・Prepare proposals and market insights, leveraging AI and digital tools ■ Ideal Background (Preferred) ・Experience in commercial office leasing, tenant representation or corporate real estate advisory — for example with an international or local property consultancy, brokerage or landlord/developer leasing team ・An established network of corporate occupiers, landlords, office leasing agents or tenant advisors in Singapore ・Familiarity with the office relocation and lease renewal cycle, and an understanding of where fit-out decisions sit within it ■ What We're Looking For ・Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, with a proven record of new client acquisition and deal closure ・Alternatively, a background in property/facility management, construction, interior fit-out, or sales into the logistics, healthcare or IT sectors will also be considered ・Self-driven and comfortable working independently — this is a pioneer role with no existing pipeline ・Able to set own targets and build a corresponding execution plan ・Able to articulate own track record and sales approach with clarity and conviction ・Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills ・Proficiency in Mandarin, to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
