Urban Company currently serves approximately over 2,000,000 customers every month worldwide, for a variety of their home services needs across cleaning, beauty and wellness. Role Reporting to the Category Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations across our service categories. This is a hands-on role focused on inventory management, process improvement and operational excellence. You'll take ownership of core operational workflows, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and help build scalable processes that support business growth. What You'll Do Manage inventory planning and tracking to ensure sufficient stock availability and operational readiness. Review, document and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive consistency and operational efficiency. Identify process gaps, recommend improvements and support the implementation of new operational workflows. Monitor operational performance and analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Support daily operational activities, including order management, system onboarding and issue resolution. Work closely with internal teams, suppliers and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of operational processes. Take ownership of ad hoc operational projects and support cross-functional initiatives as business needs evolve. What We're Looking For Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Computer Science or a related field. Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with operational processes and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills. Proactive, adaptable and willing to take ownership in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL or experience with automation and AI tools is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
