Business Implementation & Management Intern

YOUR ROLE • To support Freight Implementation team WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? • Support to arrange meetings/meeting minutes • Support to monitor monthly project tracker/status for team’s implementation plan • Conversion of the TMS SOP • Setup of Standard Operating Procedure / Work Instruction. • Conversion of the SOP from old to new format • Monitoring specific client’s data quality WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Equivalent of a Diploma in Logistics, 3PL, Transportation or Supply Chain Management, related field or comparable work experience • Diploma in in business administration or Supply Chain Management. • Experience in Freight forwarding logistics and International Supply Chain Management • Strong computer skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office • General understanding of Supply Chain Management concepts and logistics processes • Advanced knowledge of MS office products, Excel, PPT & Word • Knowledge of transportation/warehouse management systems • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) mandatory • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Proven ability to get things done and a team player • Highly dependable and reliable in ensuring priorities are met effectively, good time management skills • Customer service oriented • Willingness to occasionally support work schedules outside of standard business hours (evenings / weekends), e.g., in case of urgent or emergency shipment • Multilingual candidates a plus • Location: 101 Alps Ave WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?
