Role
Through this internship, you will assist the APAC Business Intelligence Lead. You will gain a comprehensive level of experience in business analytics and reporting in the Hospitality Industry. Some knowledge in revenue management will be gained as well.
Duration:
6-month internship
Your Main Responsibilities Include The Following
REPORTING
Prepare and deliver multiple Sales, Promotion, Pricing and Revenue Management reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
Manage all reporting tools under scope.
Serve as a secondary point-of-contact for reporting tools for APAC.
Provide Ad-Hoc reporting when requested.
MARKET & BUSINESS ANALYSIS
In charge of weekly STR performance data submission
Prepare monthly Benchmark & Analysis on competitors’ performance vs. Club Med.
Assist RMP team to prepare sales meeting presentations.
Profile
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel - pivot table, database, formula etc. & PowerPoint are highly required, Word)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin & French is a plus)
Have a keen interest in the hospitality industry.
Having prior knowledge in Power Bi is an advantage.
Strong analytical and research skills
Meticulous and able to deliver results on time.
