About the role: We are looking for a proactive and resourceful intern for 6 months to support our Singapore team across business development and operational initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, creating high-quality business materials, leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, and supporting day-to-day business operations. You will work closely with the team to help improve efficiency, support sales activities, and contribute to projects that enhance the overall effectiveness of the business. This internship offers the opportunity to be considered for a full-time permanent position with SANS upon successful completion of the program, based on individual performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities: Business Development Assist in the preparation of customer presentations, proposals, and sales materials. Develop and maintain business development collateral, templates, and supporting documentation. Conduct market and industry research to support sales and business growth initiatives. Support the team in preparing client-facing materials and reports. AI & Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve workflows using AI and automation tools. Develop prompts, templates, and simple automations to streamline repetitive tasks. Research and evaluate emerging AI tools that can enhance team productivity. Document and share best practices for AI-enabled ways of working. Operations Support Support the administration and coordination of SkillsFuture-related programmes and operational activities. Assist with documentation, reporting, scheduling, and process tracking. Help maintain accurate records and ensure operational tasks are completed efficiently. Provide general administrative and project support to the Singapore team as required. What you will bring to the role Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related discipline. AI-native with Claude Code or Codex Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable creating presentations and working with Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel) Strong written and verbal communication skills. Curious, proactive, and willing to learn new technologies and business processes.
