    Send Services Pte. Ltd. - Business & Operations Intern Send (Singapore Food Delivery Startup) Send is a peer-to-peer food delivery platform supporting hawkers and local merchants. We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented intern to support stakeholders acquisition, onboarding, and day-to-day operational coordination. This is a hands-on role. You’ll work closely with the merchant acquisition and operations team to drive outreach, improve processes, and support real business growth across Singapore. Duration: 5-6 months Location: Aljunied (4-minute walk from MRT) Reporting to: Customer Experience Manager What You’ll Be Doing 1) Resolution Handling & Operational Support Handle merchant and stakeholder inquiries in real time Troubleshoot operational issues and identify root causes Coordinate cross-team follow-ups to ensure timely resolution Track cases until closure and maintain proper documentation Train and fine-tune in-house AI chatbot to maximise operational accuracy 2) Merchant Onboarding & Platform Setup Assist with menu uploads and system configuration Guide merchants through onboarding workflows Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of onboarding progress 3) Data & Growth Support Analyse operational data using Excel and internal tools Maintain tracking sheets for merchant performance and onboarding progress Assist in identifying simple growth improvement opportunities 4) On-Ground Support Participate in merchant visits and activations where required Support campaign or event execution when needed What We’re Looking For Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Business Analytics, or a related discipline Preferably final year undergraduate students Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Strong attention to detail and organised in execution Confident communicating with merchants and stakeholders Comfortable using Excel and Google Workspace Bonus: Interest in startups or business growth strategy What You’ll Gain Real startup exposure - not just shadowing, actual execution Hands-on merchant acquisition and onboarding experience Direct experience in operational troubleshooting and resolution handling Understanding of how business development, product, and operations intersect Exposure to real stakeholder communication and issue management Portfolio-worthy projects and measurable business impact
