Business Operations Intern (Part-Time)

What You'll Own Help us build a better business :) Projects & Systems: Improve internal systems, SOPs, and workflows. Explore AI tools and automation to make work more efficient. Support operational, marketing, and growth projects. Take ownership of projects that improve the business. Business Operations: Coordinate day-to-day operations across the centres. Manage scheduling, internal coordination, and operational workflows. Assist in administrative processes including billing, invoicing, documentation, and record-keeping. Identify bottlenecks and help improve the way we work. Customer Experience & CRM: Manage our CRM and keep customer records organised and up to date. Coordinate lead follow-ups and help support the onboarding journey from enquiry to enrolment. Who We're Looking For We're much more interested in how you think than what you study.
