    Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Support Intern to support data administration, records management, and day-to-day operational activities within the People & Culture function. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee and business records, supporting reporting and data validation activities, and assisting with efficient administrative processes in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role sits within the People & Culture department. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry and maintenance of employee and business records across internal systems and trackers. Organize, maintain, and audit digital and physical records to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Support data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation exercises. Assist in generating reports and maintaining databases, trackers, and dashboards. Manage document filing, indexing, and record-keeping in accordance with established processes. Support administrative activities related to employee lifecycle processes, including document collection and records maintenance. Assist with data migration, bulk uploads, and process improvement initiatives. Identify discrepancies in data and records and support resolution efforts. Provide general administrative and operational support for projects and day-to-day business activities. Skills & Requirements Currently pursuing a Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and data validation. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling large volumes of information. Analytical and able to identify inconsistencies or trends within data. Organized, methodical, and capable of managing records effectively. Comfortable performing administrative and data-intensive tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines. Able to handle sensitive company and employee information with confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgement.
