    About the Role This internship offers a dynamic opportunity to support the Cardio-Renal-Metabolic (CRM) franchise across the region. The intern will support and assist in developing materials, assets and campaign content while supporting event preparations. He/She will contribute to innovative ideas and help enhance Integrated Customer Planning. Job Description Support in material and asset development for products in cardio-renal-metabolic therapeutic area; including but not limited to adapting global materials, performing scientific literature search and summarizing key insights Support events preparations, including analysis of post-event survey to assess the success of event based on participant feedback and provide builds for future meetings Support development of marketing and campaign materials, as well as analytics of campaign results Innovative ideas on development of content (outside pharma perspective) Enhance and improve efficiency and teamwork in the execution of Integrated Customer Planning Main Learning Objectives Enhanced understanding / knowledge pharma industry-based marketing in a multinational pharmaceutical environment. Enhanced knowledge and understanding for business discussion and improvement. Develop/transform digital engagement skill with internal and external stakeholder. Gain insight-based content / message development Experience in cross-border project management and stakeholder coordination. Limitless exposure within the organization for future development. Experience engagement with BI localize system platform (BIONE) to engage healthcare professional virtually Pre-requisite Ability to commit to from Jan – May/Jun (4 - 5months internship). Part-time applicants will be considered only if you can commit to a min. of 3 workdays per week. (International students not taking this as a credit-bearing internship need not apply as you will not be able to meet this requirement.) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Team) Possess strong presentation, planning, organization skills. Good Interpersonal skills. Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to operate in a multicultural environment.
