Casting & Admin Intern
Cintra Consultancy is looking for a proactive and organised Casting & Operations Intern to support both our day-to-day company operations and casting needs across client projects.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating moving parts and getting things done. You’ll gain exposure to talent casting, production coordination and business operations, with potential progression into a casting-focused role within the company.
Responsibilities
Casting & Talent
Source and shortlist talents, creators, actors and models for client projects
Reach out to talents to check availability, rates and project details
Coordinate casting, auditions, fittings and shoot arrangements
Maintain and update our talent database and casting records
Build and maintain relationships with talents and casting contacts
Support casting requirements across multiple projects and clients
Operations & Administration
Support general office administration, filing and documentation
Manage office supplies, pantry items, drinks and operational purchases
Assist with meeting arrangements, bookings, schedules and internal coordination
Prepare basic documents such as call sheets, consent forms and production paperwork
Coordinate logistics for shoots, meetings and company activities
Keep track of operational tasks and follow-ups to ensure things run smoothly
Assist with other administrative and operational tasks when required
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Media, Communications, Business, Events, Arts or a related field
Organised, responsible and attentive to detail
Comfortable communicating with talents, vendors and internal team members
Proactive and able to follow up independently
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment
Familiar with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Interested in casting, talent management, media or creative production
Previous experience in casting, production, events or talent coordination is a plus
Who You Are
You’re someone who is resourceful, people-oriented and comfortable getting your hands dirty. You don’t need to know everything from day one, but you should be willing to learn, take initiative and figure things out.
You’ll be working across both casting and company operations, so the ability to stay organised while handling different tasks is important.
