Job Requirement
渠道运营与执行 / Account Operations & Execution:
协助协助管理各KA渠道(线上/线下)的日常运营,包括新品上架资料准备、价格体系维护及促销信息提报。
定期巡店(线下门店如Courts/Challenger等)或监控线上店铺,确保品牌陈列(Planogram)、物料(POSM)及价格对齐正确无误。
数据分析与复盘 / Data Analysis & Reporting:
收集并整理周度/月度销售数据(Sell-in / Sell-out),分析库存水平(PSI),协助撰写渠道销售分析报告。
监控竞争对手在各大KA渠道的定价、促销策略和新品动态,提供竞品分析。
活动策划与跨部门协同 / Campaign Coordination:
协助KAM筹备大型线下促销节点的营销方案,协调供应链、市场部确保赠品和货源及时到位。
与客户的采购/运营团队(Buyers/Category Managers)保持日常沟通,跟进订单处理及客诉解决。
Channel Operations & Execution / Account Operations & Execution:
Assist in managing the daily operations of each KA channel (online/offline), including preparing new product launch materials, maintaining the pricing system, and submitting promotional information.
Regularly visit offline stores (such as Courts/Challenger, etc.) or monitor online stores to ensure that brand planograms, point-of-sale materials (POSM), and prices are correctly aligned.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect and organize weekly/monthly sales data (Sell-in / Sell-out), analyze inventory levels (PSI), and assist in writing channel sales analysis reports.
Monitor competitors' pricing, promotional strategies, and new product developments across major KA channels, and provide competing product analysis.
Campaign Planning and XFN Collaboration / Campaign Coordination:
Assist KAM in preparing the marketing plan for large-scale offline promotional events, and coordinate with the supply chain and marketing department to ensure that promotional gifts and product supplies are in place in a timely manner.
Maintain daily communication with the client's procurement/operations team (Buyers/Category Managers), and follow up on order processing and customer complaint resolution.
